After these 21 days you will find it easy to stick to healthy choices that will help you to:

  • Have more energy

  • Feel less bloated

  • Have glowing skin

  • Be more focused

  • And to feel amazing and ready to kick ass!


During the first days we will provide you with all the theory to reach your goal because we really want you to succeed, to finally live a healthier and happier life. Afterwards we will go through ALL the excuses you had up to now and turn them into achievable steps for a healthier life, because it’s simply fun to have energy and be in a good mood. Together we can do it.

Participating in a challenge is easy

The difficult thing is to stay motivated and follow the advice or guidelines you’re given. To achieve any goal in your life the most important thing is to be very clear about WHY you want to do this. 

Take 5 minutes to get clear on this point and it will be much more likely that you will achieve it. 

 

1-    What is the reason WHY you want to live a healthier life?

Be as specific as possible because this will help you when you’re in doubt. 

2-    Have your sheet handy during the duration of the challenge.

It will set your mind to success. Read it every day first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening and, of course, whenever you are in doubt. 

 - Second Day - 
TIME- And how to make the most of it


Time is precious and we are all lacking time to do the things we love to do. Instead of looking at time on a daily basis, what we can or cannot do, we can also look at the time we have on this planet. Thankfully we don't know when this runs out. But we can really do a lot for our health and not only to live longer but also to achieve a high quality of life for as long as possible.

I want, I want, I want… it ALL - how to control cravings

Keeping blood sugar levels stable helps to avoid cravings.
The blood sugar drops, when all of the fuel is digested and used and we get hungry. Eating high sugar foods causes blood sugar spikes and subsequent crashes which leads to tiredness, dizziness and cravings. Protein can help out with this. The booze - noooo,

We are not going to tell you to stop drinking any alcohol. Just be aware of how much you drink and why you drink. Alcohol is a toxin. Every now and then a glass is totally fine, just try not to do it without a good occasion like meeting friends for example. Stay below the recommended limit of no more than one drink a day or 3 drinks at once for a healthy life.

If you need a relaxing drink in the evening try the following:

Take a nice cocktail glass and fill it with sparkling water, add a slice of lemon and a spoon of pomegranate powder. Sit down, put on some relaxing music and have your tasty and healthy cocktail without toxic side effects.



 - Thirteenth Day -

How to stay on track

You’ve almost made it through the challenge. Congratulations!!!.
Anyway, it is important to stay on track and if one day you get off the road then you get back on track. To achieve this it is important that you know what could be your possible pitfalls and how to avoid them happening. Write everything down on a list and make a note beside each topic on how to act or react if it occurs. For example if you really have a sweet tooth and difficulty controlling yourself try not to buy family packs of ice cream or avoid having it at all. Create rules like: I can have a sweet treat but I have to do 30 squats and 20 push ups before.

How to stay healthy and avoid infections

Your immune system is responsible for attacking viruses, bacteria or other harming substances that enter your body. A good functioning immune system depends a lot on what we eat and how we live. A healthy lifestyle helps to protect your body from diseases. The most important molecules for our immune system are antioxidants.
