👩🏽🍳👨🏽🍳Okami High Protein
(4 French toasts)
-3 Tbsp Okami Bio Isolated pea protein, rice protein, carob & cacao.
-4 slices of bread.
-250 ml Almond milk or another type.
-2 Tbsp maple syrup.
-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
-1/4 tsp vainila extract.
1/Whisk milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a baking dish until well-combined.
2/ Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a bit of coconut oil.
3/ Dip the bread in the milk mixture, evenly coating both sides. Shake off any excess mixture. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until light browned.
4/ Serve the French toasts with kiwi and strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
