Ingredients for 1 large bowl:
- 30g (1 scoop) Isolated Pea Protein & Pomegranate Juice
- 300g frozen mixed berries
- 2 small ripe bananas (sliced & frozen)
- 8 Tbsp. (120ml) rice milk
- 2 Tbsp. (30ml) lime juice
Toppings:
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/2 sliced kiwi
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Blend all the ingredients of the smoothie in a food processor until smooth. Add more or less liquid to suit your taste.
2. Scoop into 1 big serving bowl or 2 small bowls, top with the chopped fruit and nuts. Enjoy!
