Super Antiox Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 Smoothie :
- 3 Tbsp. Super Antiox Blend superfood powder mix
- 60g spinach leaves
- 1 kiwi (sliced & frozen)
- 2 small ripe bananas (sliced & frozen)
- 1 celery stalk
- 250 ml of cold water
- 1-2 cm peeled ginger
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Toppings: Chia seeds
1. Blend all the ingredients of the Super Antiox Smoothie in a food processor until smooth. Add more or less liquid to suit your taste.
2. Divide between 2 glasses and enjoy your Smoothie! Best when fresh, though leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
