Equipment

  • 1 Food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 3 u avocados (riped)
  • ½ u red onion
  • 1 u tomato (without seeds)
  • Coriander leaves (a handful)
  • 1 u lime (juice)
  • 3 u jalapeños (depending on your desired spice level)
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp Top Health (Okami Bio)

Instructions
 

  • Peel avocados and mash with a fork
  • Cut tomato in half and remove seeds
  • Cut onion roughly and add them to a blender with the tomato, corianderand jalapeños
  • Blend until you reach your desired level of chunkiness
  • Add these chopped veggies to the avocado bowl, and stir in the Top Health, lime juice and cumin
  • Garnish with additional coriander and enjoy!
