- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 3 u avocados (riped)
- ½ u red onion
- 1 u tomato (without seeds)
- Coriander leaves (a handful)
- 1 u lime (juice)
- 3 u jalapeños (depending on your desired spice level)
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp Top Health (Okami Bio)
Instructions
- Peel avocados and mash with a fork
- Cut tomato in half and remove seeds
- Cut onion roughly and add them to a blender with the tomato, corianderand jalapeños
- Blend until you reach your desired level of chunkiness
- Add these chopped veggies to the avocado bowl, and stir in the Top Health, lime juice and cumin
- Garnish with additional coriander and enjoy!
